Exercise

Why am I showing you this?  Because I am a firm believer in the notion that the lack of physical activity is a root of many illnesses. Modern conveniences have made us sedentary and fatter. e-bicycles and personal mobility devices do not help us achieve the activity we need. Weight control through exercise keeps your cholesterol, blood glucose and blood pressure under control.  Looking good is an unintended side effect. After I clear your health, my trainer designs an exercise program to help you keep fit and disease free.

It takes effort to keep to an exercise program especially when work, family and travel all compete for your time. Your commitment to keep exercise at the top of your list of priorities will pay dividend. Without your health, you have nothing. You are your number one client.
